化学实验室通风空调自控系统设计和调试
Automatic control design and commissioning for chemical laboratory ventilation and air conditioning system
摘要:
针对化学实验室空调通风系统的开关控制、风量控制、温湿度控制,从工艺及节能的角度对自动控制方案的设计和调试进行了阐述。特别是实验室完全变风量和部分变风量两种设计方案,采用两级控制的思路及方法,既可以实现房间送排风的要求,又能最大限度地降低能耗。

Abstract:
Aiming at the switch control, air volume control, temperature and humidity control of air conditioning and ventilation system of chemistry laboratory, analyses the design and commissioning of automatic control scheme from the angle of process and energy saving. Especially the full variable air volume and partial variable air volume two design schemes, adopts two stage control thought and method, it can realize the room ventilation requirements and minimize the energy consumption.
