基于实际能耗数据分析上海某商厦空调系统节能改造方案及效果
Energy saving reformation measures and effects of HVAC system for a commercial building in Shanghai based on actual energy consumption data
摘要：
以上海某商业大厦为例，从建筑实际运行能耗数据出发，通过调研和空调系统性能测试，找出该大厦空调系统冷热源存在的能耗方面的问题，确定了节能改造方案并分析了实际改造效果。在对改造后的建筑能耗数据进行深入分析的基础上，进一步提出了继续开展节能改造的方向和技术措施，供上海市类似大型商业建筑节能改造借鉴。

Abstract：
Taking the commercial building as an example, based on the actual building energy consumption data, finds out the existing problems related to energy consumption of the HVAC system cold and heat sources through investigation and performance testing, determines the energy saving reformation measures and analyses the reformation effects. On the basis of analysing building energy consumption data after reformation, gives energy saving suggestions for further improvement of the building energy performances, providing references for energy saving reformation in similar buildings in Shanghai.
