区域供冷系统设计分析

摘要:
以广西某工程为例,应用模拟和理论计算,对区域供冷设计时常见的负荷计算、节能控制策略及二次管网冷量损失3个方面进行了分析。结果表明,该案例满负荷折算率为0.37;在优化运行策略下,机组的负载率提高,从而系统的能效明显提高;管沟埋管冷量损失大于直埋管,在相同的埋管方式下,水泵做功的冷量损失比例最高,其次为供水管,回水管最小。
Abstract:
With an actual example project in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, by simulation and theoretical calculation, analyses the three common issues of load calculation, energy saving control strategies and cooling loss of secondary pipeline. The result shows that the equivalent full load rate of the project is 0.37, and that the energy performance of system is improved significantly resulting from the improved loading rate of refrigerating units with optimal operation strategy, and that cooling loss of trench buried pipe is greater than that of direct buried pipe, and in given pipe buried mode, cooling loss of pump operation is the largest, followed by that of supply pipeline, and that of return pipeline is the least.
