不同控制模式下铁路客站集中空调系统的运行节能
Efficient operation of central air conditioning system under different control modes for railway stations
摘要:
建立了基于模糊控制模式的功耗模型。以汉口火车站集中空调系统为例,对比分析了工频运行工况和模糊控制工况下制冷主机功耗、冷却水泵功耗和冷水泵功耗的测试值及理论值,验证了功耗模型的准确性。针对汉口火车站,计算3种控制模式下暖通空调系统的全年能耗,并进行了对比,模糊控制方式下的能耗可明显降低。计算了不同气候分区3种控制模式下的空调系统年运行能耗,结果表明,模糊控制模式下的空调系统节能效果较好。
Abstract:
Develops the energy consumption model based on fuzzy control mode. With the Hankou Railway Station as an example, compares the test value and calculation value of energy consumption of refrigeration machines, cooling water pumps and chilled water pumps on conditions of constant frequency and fuzzy control modes, and verifies the energy consumption model. Calculates the energy consumption of the three control modes for the station, and finds that the energy consumption of fuzzy control mode can be markedly reduced. Calculates the annual energy consumption of air conditioning system in the three control modes in different climate regions, and the result shows that fuzzy control mode shows a better energy saving effect.
