喷管式压力无关型定风量阀的性能实验研究

摘要:

根据国内外相关规范的要求,设计了喷管式压力无关型定风量阀的性能检测实验台。实验结果显示,阀芯的初始位置与阀芯的最大初始位置的比值为50%~75%,且阀前后压差为300~800 Pa的范围内,风量相对误差绝对值不大于20%。分析了各结构参数对阀性能的影响,为改进和完善阀体的设计提供参考。

Abstract:

According to the domestic and foreign relevant standards, designs a performance experiment device for the valve. The experiment results show that relative error of the air volume is within ±20% when the ratio of initial coordinate of the spool to the maximum one ranges from 50% to 75% and the pressure difference across the valve is in the range of 300 Pa to 800 Pa. Analyses the influence of structure parameters on performance, and makes some suggestion on improving and perfecting the valve design.
