基于火炕的热水供暖火墙系统供暖效果研究
Heating performance of coupled hot- water and hot- wall heating system based on Chinese kang
摘要:
将火墙式火炕与热水供暖系统相结合,在火墙燃烧室的正上方加设集热器,在房间布置散热器,利用热水循环将火墙燃烧室的部分热量转移,供给其他无炕、无火墙房间。对加设热水系统后的火炕和热水系统的热工性能及室内热环境进行了实验研究。结果表明,该供暖系统在保证火炕房间供暖条件下,能够满足无炕、无火墙房间的短期供暖要求,并且提高了火炕的热舒适性;可以燃用各种生物质燃料,从而减少农村商品能的消耗。
Abstract:
Presents a heating system combined hot- wall type Chinese kang with hot- water heating system. Through adding a collector above the combustion chamber of the hot wall, and installing radiators inside the room, transfers a part of heat energy produced by the hot- wall system using hot water to the other rooms without hot wall and kang. Experimentally studies the thermal performance of the kang and the hot- water heating system as well as the indoor thermal environment. The results show that this combined heating system can meet short- term heating requirements of other rooms without hot wall and kang under the condition of ensuring heating requirement of the room with kang, and improve thermal comfort of the kang; different kinds of biomass fuels may be used with this heating system, thus reducing commercial energy consumption in rural houses.
