分户热计量用户热量位置修正系数的分析计算

分析了居住建筑分户热计量收费采取位置修正的必要性，提出了用户热量位置修正系数的计算方法和步骤，并以兰州地区为例，通过大量计算得到一系列修正系数表及参考图式，对修正系数表的适用性进行了分析。

Abstract：
Analyses the necessity of position correction in household heat metering and charging for residential buildings. Presents a calculation method and steps of position correction coefficient. Taking Lanzhou area as an example, gains a series of tables and figures of the correction coefficient by means of a large number of calculations. Analyses the applicability of the tables.
