Presents and interprets in a overall and detailed way the decision XIX/6, XIX/8 and XIX/20 from the meeting on accelerating the phaseout of production and consumption of hydrochlorofluorocarbons (HCFCs). Makes a review of commonly concerned, controversial and confusing issues for accelerating the phaseout of production and consumption of HCFCs in industry, according to the authors understanding.
