南京青奥中心超高层建筑空调设计

摘要:

青奥中心2栋超高层塔楼是含办公楼、会议酒店及五星级酒店的综合建筑,使用功能多、建筑形体复杂。重点介绍了冷热源的设计及空调水系统的分区,以及空调、通风及防排烟系统需要特别注意的问题。对高度为300 m左右的超高层建筑的暖通空调系统设计提供一些设计思路。

Abstract:

The two super high-rise buildings contain offices, conference hotel and five-star hotel, with multifunction usage and more complex architectural shape. Focuses on the cold and heat source design and the air conditioning water system zoning, and presents the noticeable issues in the air conditioning, ventilation, and smoke control and extraction system design. Provides some HVAC system design ideas for the super high-rise buildings with the height of 300 meters.
