武汉某既有高层建筑能耗审计与节能改造潜力探讨
Energy consumption audit and energy efficiency retrofit potential in a high-rise building in Wuhan
摘要:
以武汉市房地产交易大厦为例,采用能耗模拟与实测调查相结合的方法,对大楼空调系统的运行和管理提出了节能建议。通过建筑能耗模拟,对主要能耗影响因素以及各种节能措施进行了定性和定量分析,评估出该大楼的节能潜力,并提出了适合武汉地区既有高层公共建筑节能改造的可行性措施。最后,采用正交试验得出了各影响因素对建筑负荷影响的主次关系。
Abstract:
Takes Wuhan Real Estate Trading building as an example, based on the energy consumption simulation and field test, gives some energy efficiency improving suggestions to the operation and management of the air conditioning system. According to the energy consumption simulation, analyses qualitatively and quantitively the energy consumption influencing factors and energy efficiency measures, evaluates the energy efficiency improving potential, and proposes some practicable measures for energy efficiency retrofit. Finally, analyses the influencing degree of each factor on the building energy consumption by the orthogonal experiment.
