新型分布式变频三级泵供热系统

摘要:

该系统应用了水力分离器。介绍了该系统的工作原理及特点。与传统供热系统相比,该供热系统变流量调节,降低了热网的输送能耗;热水锅炉在部分负荷时仍按照额定流量运行,提高了锅炉燃烧的稳定性,减少了耗煤量。结合工程实例应用可知,该系统的输配能耗比传统供热系统明显降低。

Abstract:

The system applies hydraulic switch. Presents the system’s operation principle and characteristics. Compared with traditional heating system, its delivering energy consumption is reduced by variable water rate regulation, and the boiler stability is improved and coal consumption is reduced by rated flow in partial load condition. With an actual application example, the delivering energy consumption is markedly reduced.
