云驾岭煤矿双水源热泵系统设计

摘要:

该热泵系统以云驾岭煤矿电厂冷却水、矿井排水作为双水源,热源温度变化范围在7~50 ℃之间;采用高温热泵机组和低温热泵机组优化匹配,可以同时输出70~80 ℃高温热水和40~55 ℃中温热水及7~12 ℃空调冷水,回收电厂冷却水和矿井排水中的废热用于云驾岭煤矿工业区建筑供暖、空调和制取生活热水及井筒防冻。

Abstract:

The heat pump system adopts the cooling water from power plant and the drainage from coal mine as double water source, of which the temperature varies from 7 to 50 ℃. By optimally matching the high and low temperature heat pump units, the system can output 70 to 80 ℃ high-temperature hot water, 40 to 55 ℃ mid-temperature hot water and 7 to 12 ℃ air conditioning chilled water at the same time, and recycle the waste water from the cooling water and the drainage for heating, air conditioning, providing domestic hot water for industrial site buildings and preventing freeze in the pit shaft.
