简要回顾了国内医院洁净手术部建设的发展过程，认为《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》对国内各类医院洁净手术部的建造起到了积极的指导作用；指出目前洁净手术室建设中存在的问题，并提出今后的期望和设想。

Abstract：
Reviews the overall construction process. Considers that the national standard Architectural technical code for hospital clean operating department plays an active role in guiding the construction process of all types of hospital clean operating departments. Points out the problems existed in clean operating department construction and puts forward the expectation and ideas for constructing them in future.
