应用空气焓差法与压缩机曲线法对多联机空调系统现场性能测试的对比研究

摘要:

近年来,多联机空调系统在我国飞速发展。相较于传统空调系统,多联机空调系统具有独立控制能力强、节能效果好、空间利用率高、安装灵活方便和运行稳定可靠等优点。该系统在工程中的实际运行性能测试相对复杂,目前常见的现场测试方法主要为空气焓差法和压缩机曲线法。本研究以我国夏热冬暖地区某办公建筑的多联机空调系统为例,应用上述2种方法开展了现场实测研究,并对比分析了2种测试方法的准确性,力求通过多种测试方法更准确、便捷地测试出多联机空调系统的实际运行性能。实测结果表明,由于空气焓差法的测量点位和测试参数难以直接表征机组的瞬时运行状态,造成对室内机动态响应滞后。因此,空气焓差法适用于机组设定相对固定的运行时段。而压缩机曲线法直接测试制冷机组的运行参数,对多联机制冷量的测试有着较好的准确性和动态响应性,适用于多种运行状态。

Abstract:

In recent years, multi split air conditioning systems have developed rapidly in China. Compared with traditional air conditioning systems, multi split air conditioning systems offer several advantages, such as strong independent control capabilities, significant energy-saving effects, high space utilization, flexible and convenient installation, and stable and reliable operation. However, testing the actual operational performance of these systems in engineering applications is relatively complex. The commonly used on-site testing methods are primarily the air enthalpy difference method and the compressor curve method. This study conducts an on-site measurement research using the two methods on a multi split air conditioning system installed in an office building located in the hot summer and warm winter zone in China. A comparative analysis of the accuracy of both testing methods is provided, aiming to develop more accurate and convenient approaches for testing the actual operational performance of multi split air conditioning systems. The results of the on-site tests show that due to the difficulty in directly representing the instantaneous operating conditions of the units through the measurement points and parameters of the air enthalpy difference method, this method exhibits a lag in responding to the dynamic behavior of indoor units. Therefore, the air enthalpy difference method is more suitable for periods of relatively stable operation of the system. In contrast, the compressor curve method, which directly tests the operating parameters of the refrigeration units, demonstrates better accuracy and dynamic responsiveness in measuring the cooling capacity of multi split systems and is applicable to various operating conditions.
