舟山某大型水产加工项目制冷系统设计
Design of refrigeration system for a large-scale aquatic product processing project in Zhoushan
摘要:
舟山某大型水产加工项目为综合性水产物流加工基地,包含了水产原料存储、低温加工、速冻、成品存储等工艺环节。针对该项目总冷量大、制冷系统温区多、工况复杂、加工车间昼夜用冷负荷波动大、冷库库内温度不均匀等问题,给出了制冷系统相应绿色节能解决方案。利用CFD数值模拟分析方法,对大型全自动立体冷库内气流、温度进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明,对于高大立体冷库采用货仓式冷风机下送风、冷库短边两端对称排布的方式,库内布风均匀,气流组织较好,温度波动控制在1.5 ℃以内。
Abstract:
This project involves a comprehensive aquatic product logistics and processing base in Zhoushan, including raw material storage, low-temperature processing, quick freezing, and finished product storage. To address challenges such as high total cooling demand, multiple temperature zones in the refrigeration system, complex operating conditions, large daily cooling load variations in processing workshops, and uneven temperature distribution in cold storage rooms, green and energy-saving solutions are proposed for the refrigeration system. CFD numerical simulation analysis method is used to study airflow patterns and temperature distribution in large-scale automatic three-dimensional cold storage room. The results show that for a tall three-dimensional cold storage room, applying warehouse-type air cooler downward air supply with symmetrical arrangement at both short ends of the cold storage room achieves uniform air distribution and better air distribution, maintaining temperature fluctuations within 1.5 ℃.
