大型试验舱内超低露点温度和二氧化碳浓度控制技术研究

摘要:

对于某些特殊领域的大型环境试验舱,需要模拟露点温度低于-60 ℃和二氧化碳体积分数小于10×10-6的极端干燥纯化环境,来保证特殊试验的测试效果。本文以实际工程为依托,通过理论分析、软件模拟及试验验证等方法,探讨了实现超低露点温度和二氧化碳浓度环境的技术措施及难点,最终确定采用由空气压缩模块、低压吸附模块、空气调节模块和控制模块构成的环境控制体系,介绍了其工作流程。现场验收测试结果显示,各项指标均满足并优于用户要求,整个干燥环境舱内常压露点温度均低于-60 ℃,最低露点温度达到-62.68 ℃,二氧化碳体积分数均小于5.2×10-6

Abstract:

For the large-scale environmental test chamber in some special fields, it is necessary to simulate an extremely dry and purified environment with a dew point temperature lower than -60 ℃ and a carbon dioxide volume fraction less than 10×10-6 to ensure the testing effect of special tests. Based on the actual project, this paper discusses the technical measures and difficulties in realizing the environment with ultra-low dew point temperature and carbon dioxide concentration through theoretical analysis, software simulation and test verification. Finally, an environmental control system is determined, which consists of the air compression module, the low-pressure adsorption module, the air conditioning module and the control module, and its workflow is presented. The field acceptance test results show that all indexes are satisfied and better than the user’s requirements. The atmospheric dew point temperature in the whole dry environmental chamber is lower than -60 ℃, the lowest dew point temperature reaches -62.68 ℃, and the carbon dioxide volume fraction is less than 5.2×10-6.
