摘要:

以夏热冬冷地区某综合体育馆为例,对冰蓄冷系统及其关键设备运行性能开展了实测研究。首先总结了体育馆建筑供冷负荷随活动需求不同大幅度变化的特点,其对空调系统高效运行提出了更多挑战。该项目冰蓄冷系统在不同模式下系统能效处于2.76~3.44之间,单位供冷成本为0.11~0.15元/(kW·h),仍然存在节能优化空间。随后发现该系统存在冷水机组性能偏低、各水系统运行控制策略亟待优化、冷却水系统阻力偏大3个关键问题,进而提出了节能优化方向,以期为同类型建筑提供方法及案例支撑。

Abstract:

This study conducts field measurements on the operational performance of an ice storage system and its key equipment in a comprehensive gymnasium located in hot summer and cold winter zone. Firstly, it summarizes the characteristic of highly variable cooling loads in gymnasium buildings due to diverse activity demands, which poses challenges for efficient HVAC system operation. The measured system COP ranges from 2.76 to 3.44 under different operating modes, with unit cooling cost at 0.11-0.15 yuan/(kWh), indicating remaining potential for energy optimization. Furthermore, the investigation identifies three critical issues: low chiller performance, suboptimal control strategies for water systems, and excessive resistance in cooling water circuits. Based on these findings, this paper proposes energy-saving optimization approaches, providing methodological references and case support for similar buildings.
