公共建筑高效机房设计实施研究

在“双碳”背景下,公共建筑的高效机房设计显得尤为重要,不仅关乎能源利用效率,也直接影响碳排放水平。针对现有集中空调系统能效比低、控制系统落后、设备选型不当和管道设计不合理等问题,本文结合实际案例,详细讨论了在公共建筑中实施高效机房设计的关键技术和策略,深入分析了高效机房设计与优化策略的实际效果。结果表明,通过引入变频技术、智能控制系统及优化设备选型和管道布局,可以实现显著的能效提升和运行成本降低。
Abstract:
In the context of “dual carbon”, the efficient mechanical room design in public buildings is particularly important, not only concerning energy utilization efficiency, but also directly affecting the level of carbon emissions. In response to the common problems of low energy efficiency ratio, outdated control system, improper equipment selection, and unreasonable pipeline design in the existing central air conditioning systems, combining real case studies, this paper discusses in detail the key technologies and strategies for implementing efficient mechanical room design in public buildings, and deeply analyses the practical effects of efficient mechanical room design and optimization strategies. The results indicate that by introducing variable frequency technology, intelligent control systems, and optimizing equipment selection and pipeline layout, significant improvements in energy efficiency and reductions in operating costs can be achieved.
