超高层居住建筑换热机房隔振降噪设计与实践
Design and practice of vibration isolation and noise reduction of heat exchanger room in super high-rise residential buildings
摘要:
分析了某超高层居住建筑设备转换层换热机房产生的振动与噪声问题,对噪声来源进行了诊断,并进行了隔振设计与改造,对比了改造前、后的测试数据和主观评价。结果表明,改造后,上、下毗邻换热机房的住宅内背景噪声均达到了国家标准规范要求,隔振降噪效果优良,解决了原有的结构噪声问题。为超高层居住建筑设备转换层内设备的隔振降噪提供了一种效果优良、适用可靠的控制方法。
Abstract:
In this paper, the vibration and noise problems caused by the heat exchanger room of the equipment conversion layer of a super high-rise residential building are analysed, the noise source is diagnosed, the vibration isolation design and transformation are carried out, and the test data and subjective evaluation before and after the transformation are compared. The results show that after the transformation, the background noise in the upper and lower residences adjacent to the heat exchanger room meets the requirements of the national standards and specifications, and the vibration isolation and noise reduction effect is excellent, which solves the original structural noise problem. It provides an effective and reliable control method for vibration isolation and noise reduction of equipment in the conversion layer of super high-rise residential buildings.
