医疗机构运行能耗评价与碳排放计算标准研究
Research on operating energy consumption evaluation and carbon emission calculation standard of medical institutions
摘要：
基于国家和地方能耗定额标准,比较了其中与医疗机构相关的运行能耗评价指标和评定值,并结合碳排放计算标准和指导文件,给出了各地电力、化石燃料碳排放因子参考值。此外,探讨了医院实际能效评估中特殊功能用能系统计量、能耗修正方式,以及节能管理、节能改造措施,并给出了相关建议。
Abstract：
Based on the national and local energy consumption quota standards, the evaluation indicators and evaluation values of the operating energy consumption related to medical institutions are compared, and the reference values of carbon emission factors of electricity and fossil fuels are given in combination with the carbon emission calculation standards and guidance documents. In addition, the measurement of special energy-using systems, energy consumption correction methods, energy-saving management, and energy-saving renovation measures in the actual energy efficiency evaluation of the hospitals are discussed, and the relevant suggestions are given.
