再论建筑能耗计算方法
Revisiting calculation methods of building energy consumption
摘要:
节能低碳已成为我国建筑领域可持续发展的核心特征,建筑能耗计算变得越来越重要。经过10余年快速发展,随着建筑形体、类型的多样化和复杂化,计算方法的多元化,以及节能技术及能耗计算条件等多方面因素的变化,建筑能耗计算必然需要与时俱进。本文从材料、围护结构、建筑类型等角度阐释了模拟对象的变化,更新了静态能耗计算方法,分析了动态能耗计算方法的变化规律,增加了基于数据统计原理的能耗预测方法。从传热方式、节能策略角度探讨了节能新技术面临的能耗计算新问题,预测了建筑能耗计算方法的发展方向。
Abstract:
Energy saving and low carbon have become the core characteristics of sustainable development in China’s building field, and the calculation of building energy consumption is becoming more and more important. After more than 10 years of rapid development, with the diversification and complexity of building shapes and types, the diversification of calculation methods, the update of energy-saving technology and the change of energy consumption calculation conditions and other factors, building energy consumption calculation and analysis methods will inevitably keep pace with the times. From the perspectives of materials, enclosure structure and building types, the changes of the simulated objects are explained, the static energy consumption calculation method is updated, and the change law is discussed from the perspective of the characteristics of the dynamic calculation method. An energy consumption prediction method based on the principle of data statistics has been added. From the perspectives of heat transfer mode and energy-saving technology, the new problems of energy consumption calculation faced by new energy-saving technologies are discussed, and finally the development direction of building energy consumption calculation methods is expected.
