区域建筑能源站规划指标研究探讨
Research and discussion on planning indicators of regional building energy stations
摘要：
区域建筑能源站近些年在我国发展较快,但缺乏科学合理的规划方法、经验和指标。区域建筑能源站的规模和规划选址属于专项规划,区域建筑能源站的面积指标不能简单套用单体建筑冷热源机房的面积指标。本文对已运行的或完成施工图设计的能源站的功能用房面积、层高等土建条件进行了统计分析,利用回归分析方法形成了能源站的规划建筑指标和市政配套指标估算方法,可作为总体规划和控制性详细规划中能源站规划指标确定的参考依据。
Abstract：
Regional building energy stations have developed rapidly in our country in recent years, but lack scientific and reasonable planning methods, experience, and indicators. The scale and planning site of the regional building energy station belong to specialized planning, and the area indicator of the regional building energy station cannot simply apply the area indicator of the cold and heat source machine room of a single building. In this paper, the functional building area, floor height and other civil engineering conditions of the energy stations that have been put into operation or completed in the construction drawing design are statistically analysed, and the regression analysis method is used to form the estimation method of the planned building indicator and municipal infrastructure indicator of the energy station, which can be used as a reference for the determination of the planning indicator of the energy station in the overall planning and regulatory detailed planning.
