不同环境压力条件下局部加湿对室内湿度场分布特性的影响研究

摘要:

掌握环境压力对局部加湿器营造的室内湿度场的影响是提升青藏高原地区室内湿环境的关键环节。本文基于高原极端环境模拟舱实验平台,研究了60、80、95 kPa环境压力条件下气相加湿器和气液两相加湿器营造的室内湿度场随时间、水平距离及高度的变化特性。结果表明:在低压环境下,加湿器营造的室内湿度场中空气绝对湿度较大,气相加湿器营造的室内湿度场中空气绝对湿度随高度的增大呈现递减趋势;环境压力每降低10 kPa,气相加湿器出口纵截面的平均绝对湿度增大0.17 g/m3;当环境压力为60 kPa时,气液两相加湿器出口横截面的绝对湿度差值可达1.36 g/m3;环境压力为95 kPa,当加湿量和加湿时间相同时,不同高度横截面处气液两相加湿器的截面平均绝对湿度均大于气相加湿器。

Abstract:

Understanding the influence of environmental pressure on the indoor humidity field created by local humidifiers is a key link in improving the indoor humidity environment in the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau. Based on the plateau extreme environment simulation chamber experimental platform, this paper studies the characteristics of the indoor humidity field created by the gas-phase humidifier and the gas-liquid two-phase humidifier with time, horizontal distance and height under the environmental pressure conditions of 60, 80, 95 kPa. The results show that in a low-pressure environment, the absolute humidity of the air in the indoor humidity field created by the humidifier is relatively high. In the indoor humidity field created by the gas-phase humidifier, the absolute humidity of the air shows a decreasing trend with the increase of height. For every 10 kPa decrease in the environmental pressure, the average absolute humidity at the longitudinal section of the gas-phase humidifier outlet increases by 0.17 g/m3. When the environmental pressure is 60 kPa, the absolute humidity difference at the cross section of the gas-liquid two-phase humidifier outlet can reach 1.36 g/m3. When the environmental pressure is 95 kPa and the humidification amount and humidification time are the same, the section average absolute humidities of the gas-liquid two-phase humidifier at different height cross-sections are higher than those of the gas-phase humidifier.
