粮食筒仓储粮控温工艺研究

摘要:

以某储粮的浅圆仓为例,研究了粮食筒仓储粮控温工艺措施及控温效果。介绍了该浅圆仓的通风设计与空调控温设计,包括仓顶通风、整仓通风、内环流通风、粮面控温、谷冷控温等工艺措施。制定了通风及空调控温工艺逻辑流程。建议粮食储藏通风及控温工艺设计过程中,尽可能利用自然冷源,如内环流通风和谷冷机直流冷却技术,降低粮食储备过程的能耗。

Abstract:

Taking a shallow round silo for grain storage as an example, the temperature control technological measures and temperature control effects of grain silo storage are studied. The ventilation design and air conditioning temperature control design of the shallow round silo are presented, including the process measures such as silo roof ventilation, whole silo ventilation, inner circulation ventilation, grain surface temperature control, and grain cooling temperature control. The logical flow of ventilation and air conditioning temperature control processes has been formulated. It is recommended that during the design of grain storage ventilation and temperature control processes, natural cold sources, such as inner circulation ventilation and grain cooler DC cooling technology, should be used as much as possible to reduce energy consumption in the grain storage process.
