摘要:

在BIM技术日益发展的背景下,探讨了BIM技术在暖通空调专业设计过程中的应用现状,分析了其中存在的不足及可能存在的提升空间。对于该技术在设计全过程中的应用进行了深入的思考,提出了暖通空调专业采用BIM设计的实施方式。在设计初期提前做好基于BIM设计软件框架体系的搭建,选择合适的设计阶段全面开展BIM正向设计以充分发挥其自身的特点和优势,结合实际工程对模型的切分原则和管线综合配合模式进行了相关研究。在传统设计的基础上,探索了数字模型体系下的高效自动设计方法,将暖通空调专业设计逻辑与数字技术相结合,导入设计原则对数字处理流程加以控制,推动人工设计向自动化设计的转变,为BIM技术在设计过程中的应用提供参考借鉴。

Abstract:

In the context of the increasing development of building information modeling (BIM) technology, this paper explores the current application of BIM technology in the process of HVAC design, analyses the existing shortcomings and possible improvement spaces. In-depth considerations are made on the application of this technology throughout the entire design process, and the implementation methods for HVAC specialty to adopt BIM design are put forward. In the early design stage, the construction of the framework system based on BIM design software should be completed in advance. Appropriate design stages should be selected to fully carry out BIM top-down design so as to give full play to its own characteristics and advantages. Relevant research is conducted on the model segmentation principles and coordination mode about comprehensive design of the pipeline in combination with the actual situation. On the basis of traditional design, an efficient automatic design method under the digital model system is explored. The design logic of HVAC specialty is combined with digital technology, and design principles are imported to control the digital processing flow, promoting the transformation from manual design to automatic design, thus providing references for the application of BIM technology in the design process.
