U形三维热管用于卷烟厂空调机组节能改造的实验研究

摘要:

卷烟厂生产车间对温湿度控制要求严格,传统恒温恒湿空调系统因冷热抵消现象导致能耗较高。针对这一问题,本文提出在组合式空调机组中增设U形三维热管,通过预冷段和再热段的协同作用,回收空气处理过程中的余热,降低表冷器冷负荷并减少蒸汽再热量,以减少能源浪费。实验以1台6 000 m3/h送风量、10%新风比的空调机组为研究对象,进行了数学模型分析与焓差实验室测试。结果表明,U形三维热管通过预冷空气,使表冷器的用冷量降低了23.8%,夏季运行120天可节省4.0 t标准煤,风机阻力增加导致的额外能耗仅占总节能量的2.3%,经济与环境效益显著。

Abstract:

The production workshop of the cigarette factory has strict requirements for temperature and humidity control. The traditional constant temperature and humidity air conditioning system has high energy consumption due to the cold and heat offset phenomenon. In view of this problem, this paper proposes to add a U-shaped three-dimensional heat pipe to the modular air handling unit. Through the synergistic effect of its pre-cooling section and reheating section, the U-shaped three-dimensional heat pipe recovers waste heat in the air treatment process, the cooling load of the surface cooler is reduced, and the steam reheating is reduced to reduce energy waste. The experiment takes an air conditioning unit with a supply air volume of 6 000 m3/h and an outdoor air ratio of 10% as the research object, and conducts mathematical model analysis and enthalpy difference laboratory tests. The results show that the U-shaped three-dimensional heat pipe reduces the cooling capacity of the surface cooler by 23.8% through pre-cooling air, and can save 4 tons of standard coal in 120 days of operation in summer. The additional energy consumption caused by the increase in fan resistance only accounts for 2.3% of the total energy saving, and the economic and environmental benefits are significant.
