基于CFD的地面辐射供暖有效散热量与热损失的数值模拟

通过CFD模拟,结合ASHRAE手册中关于辐射供暖和制冷的理论基础,精确地计算了不同工况下预制保温板供暖地面的有效散热量和热损失。在辐射传热计算过程中,采用MRT(平均辐射温度)算法对辐射传热过程进行简化,通过假设表面辐射到一个虚构的有限表面来模拟室内空气中的热辐射交换,该算法大大降低了模型的复杂度,使得计算更加高效。在确保计算条件一致或相近的情况下,本文所得数据可为设计和工程实践提供参考。
Abstract:
This article precisely calculates the effective heat dissipation and heat loss of prefabricated insulation board heating floors under different operating conditions through CFD simulation, combined with the theoretical basis of radiant heating and cooling from the ASHRAE handbook. In the calculation process of radiant heat transfer, the MRT (mean radiant temperature) algorithm is used to simplify the radiant heat transfer process. By assuming that surface radiation reaches an imaginary finite surface, the MRT algorithm simulates the heat radiation exchange in indoor air. This algorithm greatly reduces the complexity of the model, making the calculation more efficient. Under the condition of ensuring consistent or similar calculation conditions, the data obtained in this article can provide a reference for design and engineering practice.
