气候变暖背景下暖通空调室外计算参数分析 ——基于新疆《建筑用室外气象参数标准》
Analysis of HVAC outdoor design conditions under background of climate warming—Based on Standard for weather data of building in Xinjiang

为完善新疆各地建筑暖通空调室外计算参数,编制了新疆地方标准DB65/T 8024—2024《建筑用室外气象参数标准》。编制组基于新疆104个气象观测站的原始气象数据,统计分析了各类建筑暖通空调室外计算参数的变化。结果表明:全球变暖使得新疆部分城市极端最低温度较1951—1980年统计期升幅达5.23 ℃,供暖室外计算温度升幅达3.67 ℃,5个市县跨向更暖的建筑热工设计分区;新疆各地4—9月的降水量占年平均降水量的50%以上,有87个市(区)县属于干燥气候区,适宜采用蒸发冷却降温技术;夏季通风室外计算温度受时差影响,新疆各地按最热月17:00计算得到的夏季通风室外计算温度比14:00高约4.33%~9.41%,且92个市(区)县按最热月17:00计算得到的夏季通风室外计算温度最高,建议新疆地区采用历年最热月17:00(北京太阳时)的月平均温度作为夏季通风室外计算温度。
Abstract:
In order to improve the HVAC outdoor design conditions of buildings in Xinjiang, the Xinjiang local standard DB65/T 8024-2024Standardforweatherdataofbuildinghas been compiled. Based on the original meteorological data of 104 meteorological observation stations in Xinjiang, the compilation group statistically analyses the changes of outdoor design conditions of building HVAC system. The results show that the global warming causes the extreme minimum temperature of some cities in Xinjiang to increase by 5.23 ℃ and the outdoor design temperature for heating to increase by 3.67 ℃ compared with the statistical period from 1951 to 1980, and five cities and counties have shifted to warmer thermal design zones. The precipitation in Xinjiang from April to September accounts for more than 50% of the annual average precipitation, and 87 cities (or districts) and counties belong to dry climate zones, which are suitable for evaporative cooling technology. The outdoor design temperature for summer ventilation is affected by the time difference. The outdoor design temperature for summer ventilation at 17:00 in the hottest month in Xinjiang is about 4.33%-9.41% higher than that at 14:00, and 92 cities (or districts) and counties have the highest outdoor design temperature for summer ventilation at 17:00 in the hottest month. It is suggested that the monthly average temperature at 17:00 (Beijing time) in the annual hottest month should be used as the outdoor design temperature for summer ventilation in Xinjiang.
