上海市超低、近零能耗居住建筑空调负荷分析及技术路线实践

Analysis of air conditioning load and practice of technical routes for ultra low and nearly zero energy residential buildings in Shanghai

摘要:

随着上海市超低、近零能耗建筑的日益增多,针对上海市近零、超低能耗居住建筑空调系统的探讨也愈发频繁。上海市居住建筑多采用分户式供暖和空调系统,且多采用分房间、分时段的间歇运行模式,按GB 50736—2012《民用建筑供暖通风与空气调节设计规范》计算的空调负荷与实际使用工况负荷有较大差异。本文对间歇运行模式下超低、近零能耗居住建筑的空调负荷进行了分析研究,总结出更接近上海市实际使用工况的空调负荷计算模式及计算值,在此基础上分析了空调及供暖技术路线要点及相应的空调设备形式。

Abstract:

With the increasing number of ultra low and nearly zero energy buildings in Shanghai, the discussion on the air conditioning systems of these buildings has become more prevalent. Most residential buildings in Shanghai adopt household heating and cooling systems, and mostly adopt the intermittent operation mode of different areas and different time intervals. There is a significant difference between the air conditioning load calculated according to the GB 50736-2012Designcodeforheatingventilationandairconditioningofcivilbuildingsand the actual operating conditions. This paper analyses and studies the air conditioning loads of ultra low and nearly zero energy residential buildings under the intermittent operation mode. It summarizes an air conditioning load calculation method that is tailored to the actual operating conditions in Shanghai and thus provides a more accurate load calculation result. On these bases, this paper analyses the key points of the air conditioning and heating technical routes and the corresponding forms of air conditioning equipment.
