数据中心冷水精密空调节能运行研究
Research on energy-saving operation of chilled-water precision air conditioning units in data centers

在案例机房实际IT负荷下,通过调节冷水精密空调的运行数量和风机转速百分比范围,比较计算了不同试验场景的冷水精密空调总功率。结果表明,在一定的运行条件下,多台冷水精密空调低转速运行的总功率比少量冷水精密空调中高转速运行的总功率更低。冷水精密空调冷量分布不均匀的程度与冷水精密空调风机转速百分比范围正相关,且分布越不均匀,冷水精密空调总功率越大。
Abstract:
Under the actual IT load of the case data center room, this paper adjusts the number of operating chilled-water precision air conditioning units and the percentage range of fan speeds, and then compares and calculates the total power of chilled-water precision air conditioning units under different test scenarios. The results show that under certain operating conditions, the total power of multiple chilled-water precision air conditioning units running at low speeds is lower than that of a small number of chilled-water precision air conditioning units running at medium to high speeds. The degree of uneven cooling capacity distribution of chilled-water precision air conditioning units is positively correlated with the percentage range of fan speeds, and the more uneven the distribution, the greater the total power of chilled-water precision air conditioning units.
