数据中心间接蒸发冷却系统气流组织影响因素研究
Research on influencing factors of air distribution in indirect evaporative cooling systems of data centers

以广东某电信运营商数据中心机房为例建立数值模型,利用CFD软件对间接蒸发冷却机组的类风墙室内气流组织进行了模拟,研究了风量及送风口位置对机房热通道温度的影响。研究表明:在相同的机房布局中,随着送风量的增大,热通道同一位置的温度呈线性降低,不同位置的线性函数斜率存在差异。提出了与风量和位置有关的热通道温度函数,指出送风口位置的变化会引起热通道沿程温度分布的改变,同时影响热通道温度均匀性。
Abstract:
This paper takes a data center room of a telecom operator in Guangdong as an example to establish a numerical model. By utilizing CFD software, it simulates the indoor air distribution similar to a wind wall of an indirect evaporative cooling unit and investigates the impact of air volume and air supply outlet position on the temperature in the hot channel of the data center room. The research indicates that in the same data center room layout, as the air supply volume increases, the temperature at the same position in the hot channel decreases linearly, and there are differences in the slopes of the linear functions at different positions. Moreover, it proposes a hot channel temperature function related to air volume and position, pointing out that the change in the position of the air supply outlet will cause alterations in the temperature distribution along the hot channel and simultaneously affect the temperature uniformity in the hot channel.
