高效制冷机房温度测量系统故障分析

摘要:
为了解决高效制冷机房温度测量系统数据波动及系统故障问题,介绍了高效制冷机房温度测量系统的组成结构及数据传输器件类别,分析了信号转换器件及传输信号的优缺点,针对实际使用中温度测量系统的疑难故障,提出了有效的维护检修分析方法与步骤。研究表明,使用该方法能快速分析出数据异常波动的原因,并提出解决方案,有效提高并保证了高效制冷机房温度测量系统的精确性,有利于提升高效制冷机房的能源利用效率。
Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of data fluctuation and system failures of the temperature measurement system in the high efficiency refrigeration room, the composition and structural configuration of the temperature measurement system and the types of data transmission devices are presented. The advantages and disadvantages of signal conversion devices and transmission signals are analysed. Aiming at the problems of the temperature measurement system in actual use, effective maintenance and repair analysis methods and procedures are proposed. The research shows that using this method can quickly analyse the causes of abnormal data fluctuations and propose solutions, effectively improving and ensuring the accuracy of temperature measurement system in the high efficiency refrigeration room, which is conducive to enhancing the energy utilization efficiency of the high efficiency refrigeration room.
