散流板类型对洁净室内气流组织的影响研究
Influence of diffuser plate types on air distribution in clean rooms
摘要:
为寻求洁净室内气流组织分布规律,基于CFD模拟研究与现场测量的方法,对洁净空调系统中送风口散流板类型进行了研究,分析了不同散流板类型对洁净室内气流组织的影响规律。结果表明:在洁净室布局和送风温度、送风速度相同的情况下,使用条形百叶均流散流板时,洁净室平均温度为21.26 ℃,更接近设定温度,仅偏离1.24%;使用方形圆孔条纹式散流板时,洁净室内部平均风速更低,为0.159 m/s,两者平均风速相差11.3%。因此,在实际应用中,如果洁净室需求更偏向于控温的精准性,可以选择条形百叶均流散流板;若需求偏向于气流的稳定性,则可以选择方形圆孔条纹式散流板。
Abstract:
In order to find the air distribution law of clean rooms, the types of diffuser plates at the air supply outlet in clean air conditioning systems are studied based on CFD simulation and field measurement, and the influence rules of different diffuser plate types on air distribution in clean rooms are analysed. The results show that when the clean room space layout, air supply temperature and air supply speed are the same, the average temperature of the clean room is 21.26 ℃, which is closer to the set temperature and only deviates from 1.24% when the square strip louver uniform flow diffuser plate is used, the average wind speed of the clean room is lower, at 0.159 m/s when the square circular hole striped diffuser plate is used, and the average wind speed difference between the two types is 11.3%. Therefore, in practical applications, if the clean room demand is more inclined to the accuracy of temperature control, the square strip louver uniform flow diffuser plate can be chosen, and if the demand is more inclined to the stability of the airflow, the square circular hole striped diffuser plate can be chosen.
