深圳前海三湾片区公共建筑空调用冷量统计分析
Statistic analysis of air conditioning cooling load in public buildings in Qianhai Sanwan Area of Shenzhen
摘要:
深圳前海三湾片区规划建设了区域供冷系统,每个公共建筑均设有精准的用冷量计量表。基于用冷量数据统计,本文对2022—2024年办公、商业、学校、酒店等不同类型建筑的空调用冷量进行了分析,得到了单位建筑面积年度用冷量指标、月度用冷量指标、日用冷量指标、逐时冷负荷指标等。本文统计数据可以作为能耗监管、物业管理、空调终端使用、建筑设计等的参考依据。
Abstract:
The Qianhai Sanwan Area in Shenzhen has planned and built a district cooling system, with precise energy meters installed in each public building substation. Based on the statistics of the collected data, this paper analyses the cooling load of air conditioning operations in different types of buildings such as office buildings, commercial buildings, schools, and hotels from 2022 to 2024. It provides indicators for annual cooling load, monthly cooling load, daily cooling load, and hourly cooling load per unit building area. The statistical data in this paper can be used as a reference for energy monitoring and regulating, estate management, air conditioning terminal use, building design, etc.
