摘要:
在热力学第一定律的基础上,提出了功耗冷热比的定义,包含了设备功耗冷热比、有效功耗冷热比(管路功耗冷热比)、子系统功耗冷热比。基于功耗冷热比的相似准则,提出了通用的量纲一供冷系统能效模型,该模型与系统装机容量等无关,具有归一化的特点,可以从运行状态参数直接获取系统能效,运行状态参数包括进出口流体温差、管路压降等。本文提出的量纲一系统能效模型可以作为比较不同形式区域供冷系统能效的基础,包括单制冷系统、冰蓄冷系统、水蓄冷系统等;用于系统设计优化、设备选型优化、运行优化,也适用于单体建筑制冷机房的设计与运行优化,有一定的应用价值。
Abstract:
Based on the first law of thermodynamics, the definition of power consumption to heat supply ratio is proposed, including equipment power consumption to heat supply ratio, effective power consumption to heat supply ratio (pipeline power consumption to heat supply ratio), and subsystem power consumption to heat supply ratio. Based on the similarity criterion of power consumption to heat supply ratio, a general dimensionless system energy efficiency model of the district cooling system is proposed. This model is independent of the installed capacity of the system and has a normalized characteristic, and the system energy efficiency can be directly obtained from operating state parameters. The operating state parameters include the temperature difference of the fluid, pipeline pressure drop, and so on. The dimensionless system energy efficiency model proposed in this paper can be used as the basis for comparing the energy efficiency of different forms of district cooling systems, including traditional chiller systems, ice storage chiller systems, chilled water storage chiller systems, and so on. It can be used for system design optimization, equipment selection optimization, and operation optimization. This model is also suitable for the design and operation optimization of chiller plants of individual buildings, and has certain application value.
