严寒B区地铁热环境测试与冬季通风优化探讨

摘要:

为评估严寒B区地铁车站及隧道的热环境现状,发现存在的问题,提出应对措施,对哈尔滨地铁1号线典型车站及区间隧道进行了夏季与冬季热环境测试。结果表明:测试车站及隧道的热环境基本满足国家标准关于夏季降温、冬季防寒及CO2浓度控制的要求;远期随着客流量和行车对数的增加,车站及区间隧道的冬季温度及CO2浓度存在超标风险。为避免出入口无序引入新风对冬季车站公共区温度冲击过大,建议从活塞风道引入适量新风应对远期冬季热环境问题。针对目前地铁活塞风道组合风阀密闭与调节性能差的问题,建议采用可以按需调节冬季通风量的防寒组合风阀,达到防寒和换气的目的。

Abstract:

In order to evaluate the thermal environment of subway stations and tunnels in the B area of the severe cold zone, find existing problems, and put forward countermeasures, summer and winter thermal environment tests are carried out on a typical station and its tunnel sections of Harbin Metro Line 1. The results show that the thermal environment parameters in the test station and tunnels basically meet the requirements of national standards for summer cooling, winter cold prevention and CO2concentration control. However, with the increase of passenger flow and number of vehicles in the future, the winter temperature and CO2concentration of the test station and tunnels may exceed the standard. In order to avoid the excessive impact on the temperature of the public area of the station in winter due to the disorderly introduction of outdoor air at entrances and exits, it is suggested to introduce an appropriate amount of outdoor air from the piston air duct to deal with the future winter thermal environment problems. In view of the current poor airtightness and regulation performance of the combined air dampers in the subway piston air ducts, it is suggested to adopt cold-proof combined air dampers that can adjust the winter ventilation volume of the piston air ducts as needed, so as to achieve the purpose of cold protection and air exchange.
