高大空间工业建筑间歇供暖模式对热舒适性和能耗的影响
Impact of intermittent heating modes on thermal comfort and energy consumption in large-space industrial buildings

以天津市某高大空间工业建筑为例,探讨了间歇供暖模式对工业建筑室内热环境和能耗的影响。采用TRNSYS软件模拟了最冷日4种间歇供暖模式下的室内空气温度、墙体温度、PMV(预计平均热感觉指数)和能耗变化。结果表明:供暖时长对室内空气最低温度和热舒适性有显著影响,供暖时间越长,室内空气最低温度越高,PMV处于一级热舒适区的比例越大;在相同供暖时长下,与连续供暖模式相比,4种间歇供暖模式节能率分别为44.1%、37.0%、30.6%和27.8%。研究结果可为工业建筑供暖系统的节能设计提供参考。
Abstract:
Taking a large-space industrial building in Tianjin as an example,this paper investigates the impact of intermittent heating modes on the indoor thermal environment and energy consumption of industrial buildings.The TRNSYS software is used to simulate the indoor air temperature,wall temperature,PMV (predicted mean vote),and energy consumption changes under four intermittent heating modes on the coldest day.The results show that the heating duration has a significant impact on the minimum indoor air temperature and thermal comfort.The longer the heating duration,the higher the minimum indoor air temperature,and the higher the proportion of PMV in the first level thermal comfort zone.Under the same heating duration,compared with the continuous heating mode,the energy-saving rates of the four intermittent heating modes are 44.1%,37.0%,30.6%,and 27.8%,respectively.The research results can provide references for the energy-saving design of industrial building heating systems.
