锂电池生产工艺转轮除湿机节能改造技术与应用分析

摘要:

在锂电池生产工艺中,以转轮除湿机为核心的空调系统能耗占生产总能耗的30%以上,节能改造对降低运行成本具有重要意义。本文提出了一种节能设计思路,即通过优化空调机组部件布局和能源再利用方式,结合直膨热泵系统部分替代传统冷热源,调整冷热源配置比例。实际电芯工厂项目全年运行数据表明,改造后系统运行费用较常规系统可降低40%以上。

Abstract:

In the lithium battery manufacturing process,the energy consumption of the air conditioning system centered on the rotary dehumidifiers accounts for over 30% of the total production energy consumption,and energy-saving retrofitting is of great significance for reducing operational costs.This paper proposes an energy-saving design approach by optimizing the layout of air conditioning unit components and methods of energy reuse,integrating a direct expansion heat pump system to partially replace traditional cold and heat sources,and adjusting the configuration ratio of cold and heat sources.Actual annual operational data from the battery cell factory project shows that the operational costs of the retrofitted system can be reduced by more than 40% compared with those of a conventional system.
