南海意库3#办公楼温湿度独立控制空调系统运行实践研究
Operating practice of temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system in an office building in Shenzhen

对应用于南海意库3#办公楼的温湿度独立控制空调系统进行了实际运行测试与实践,结果表明溶液除湿新风机组承担了室内全部潜热负荷以及人员的显热负荷,室内空气温度约为25~26 ℃、相对湿度约为50%~60%,且干式风机盘管在整个供冷季保持干工况运行。新风机组宜提前1.5~2 h开机对室内除湿,高温冷水机组宜提前1~1.5 h开机除去室内显热负荷。
Abstract:
Presents the operating and testing results of the system applied in this building, which show that the liquid desiccant fresh air handling unit can totally eliminate the space moisture load and the sensible load from the occupants and that the indoor temperature is about 25-26 ℃, the relative humidity is around 50%-60%, and the dry fan-coil unit can keep dry condition in the whole cooling period. In the project, the fresh air handling unit should be operated 1.5-2 hours in advance to eliminate the latent heat load and the high temperature water chiller should be operated 1-1.5 hours in advance to carry away the indoor sensible heat load.
