空调冷水一级泵定频系统旁通管路设计研究

摘要:
采用电路模拟法建立了空调冷水一级泵定频系统的简化数学模型,该模型可用于计算一级泵定频系统的总流量、水泵扬程、用户侧流量、旁通管流量、旁通管路的最小阻力系数。通过对用户侧供回水温差的分析,推导得到了多台冷水机组同时运行时旁通管的设计旁通流量计算式,分析发现在部分负荷下、用户侧供回水温差大于设计温差时,旁通管的设计旁通流量大于最大单台冷水机组的额定流量。
Abstract:
In this paper, a simplified mathematical model of the air conditioning chilled water primary pump constant-frequency system is established using the circuit simulation method. This model can be used to calculate the total flow rate, pump head, user side flow rate, bypass pipe flow rate, and the minimum resistance coefficient of the bypass pipeline of the primary pump constant-frequency system. By analysing the temperature difference between the supply and return water on the user side, the calculation formula for the design bypass flow rate of the bypass pipe when multiple chillers operate simultaneously is derived. It is found that under partial load conditions, when the temperature difference between the supply and return water on the user side is greater than the design temperature difference, the design bypass flow rate of the bypass pipe is greater than the rated flow rate of the largest single chiller.
