办公场景个体热调节设备与空调联动的热舒适与工效实验研究

Experimental study on thermal comfort and ergonomics of personalized environmental control systems linked to air conditioning in office scenarios

摘要:

以高校学生办公场景为例,在多人办公场景引入个体热调节设备(PECS),制定了不同的空调联动控制策略,并结合现场调研,开展了人员热舒适和工效实验。共完成80人次的工效测试和980份热舒适问卷收集,同时记录了温度、湿度、风速等关键环境参数。结果表明:基于个体热调节设备指令动态调节空调设定温度,能在满足多人热舒适的前提下拓宽舒适温度范围2~3 ℃;相较于稳态空调环境,该联动控制方法可将精神运动警戒任务(PVT)得分提升约8%,数字系列加减法(ASST)得分提升约19%;与空调单独控制相比,空调与PECS联动控制节能效果更显著,3 h联动控制下节能率可高达49.6%。

Abstract:

Taking the university student office scenario as an example, this study introduces the personalized environmental control system (PECS) in multi-person office scenarios, formulates different air conditioning linkage control strategies, and conducts personnel thermal comfort and ergonomics experiments using on-site research methods. A total of 80 person-times of ergonomics tests and 980 thermal comfort questionnaires are completed, and key environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, and air velocity are recorded. The results show that dynamically adjusting the air conditioning set temperature based on PECS commands can widen the comfort temperature range by 2 to 3 ℃ under the premise of satisfying thermal comfort of multiple people. Compared with the steady state air conditioning environment, this linkage control method can improve the psychomotor vigilance task (PVT) score by about 8% and the add-subtract serial task (ASST) score by about 19%. Compared with independent air conditioning control, the energy-saving effect of the air conditioning and PECS linkage control is more significant, and the energy-saving rate under the 3-hour linkage control can be as high as 49.6%.
