球墨铸铁供热管道应用及实验平台研究

摘要:

为了检验球墨铸铁管道在供热运行参数条件下的性能,以临汾市滨河东路与工业路连通工程使用的DN1200球墨铸铁管道为例,建设了实验平台,对其传热、应力应变、管道泄漏等性能进行了测试。研究结果表明,球墨铸铁供热管道应力性能可靠,保温性能良好,运行安全,为球墨铸铁热力管道应用提供了实践基础。

Abstract:

In order to test the performance of ductile iron pipes under heating operation parameter conditions, a test platform is built using DN1200 ductile iron heating pipes in the project of connecting Binhe East Road and Industrial Road in Linfen City as an example, and their heat transfer, stress and strain, and pipe leakage performance are tested. The research results show that the ductile iron heating pipes have reliable stress performance, good thermal insulation performance, and safe operation, providing a practical basis for the application of ductile iron thermal pipes.
