上海某游泳馆节能改造方案设计

摘要：
以上海某游泳馆的节能改造为例，从建筑物用能特点、建筑物周边环境和各项节能技术适用性三方面出发，确定了其节能改造初步方案。经济性分析表明，该节能改造方案能产生明显的节能效果，能带来较好的经济效益。

Abstract：
With an actual project, presents the preliminary retrofit scheme from the perspectives of building energy consumption characteristics, surrounding circumstances and applicable energy saving techniques. Economic analysis results show that the scheme is desirable in energy saving effect and economic profits.
