实验动物房四管制空气源热泵设计方案探讨

摘要:

实验动物房对环境温湿度、洁净度及通风要求严格,通常采用全新风空调系统以保障室内空气质量,但存在能耗高、冷热抵消等问题。本文提出以四管制空气源热泵机组为冷热源,同时制冷制热以降低能耗,介绍了其在制冷、制热、冷热联供、制冷热回收、制热冷回收模式下的运行逻辑。以苏州市某实验动物房项目为例,比较了四管制空气源热泵与普通空气源热泵2种方案,结果表明,四管制空气源热泵方案节能率可达25%,主要设备的静态投资回收期不足1个月,每年可减少碳排放量384.35 t。

Abstract:

 Laboratory animal rooms have strict requirements on environmental temperature and humidity, cleanliness and ventilation, so all outdoor air conditioning systems are usually used to ensure indoor air quality, but there are problems such as high energy consumption and offset between cold and heat. This paper proposes to use a four-pipe air-source heat pump unit as the cold and heat sources, cooling and heating at the same time to reduce energy consumption, and presents its operating logic in refrigeration, heating, combined cooling and heating, refrigeration heat recovery, and heating cold recovery modes. Taking a laboratory animal house project in Suzhou city as an example, two schemes of the four-pipe air-source heat pump and the ordinary air-source heat pump are compared. The results show that the energy-saving rate of the four-pipe air-source heat pump scheme can reach 25%, the static investment payback period of the main equipment is less than one month, and the annual carbon emissions can be reduced by 384.35 t.
