高等级病原微生物实验室非人灵长类负压隔离器设计与使用的探索*
摘要：
非人灵长类负压隔离器和常规动物饲养笼具差别很大,是高等级病原微生物实验室的关键防护设备,对高致病性病原微生物研究十分重要。本文就适配于高等级病原微生物实验室的负压隔离猴笼技术参数设定进行了经验探讨,论述了负压隔离猴笼分类、配套设施设备、不同功能需求下的参数差异及消毒方式。

Abstract：
Non-human primate negative pressure isolators are quite different from the normal feeding cages. It is the critical protective equipment for pathogenic microbes research in high-level biosafety laboratories. This article explores the technical parameters setting of non-human primate negative pressure isolators suitable for high-level biosafety laboratories, and discusses the non-human primate negative pressure isolators classification, supporting facilities, and parameter differences and disinfection methods under different requirements.
