我国城镇住宅夏季空调能耗状况分析

Analysis on cooling energy consumption of residential buildings in China’s urban areas

摘要:

根据调查和计算,利用模拟归纳法对我国城镇住宅夏季空调能耗状况进行了定量分析。结果表明,目前我国城镇住宅夏季空调的总体能耗水平较低,但增速较快,且不同气候区之间差异较大。2005年全国城镇住宅夏季空调总耗电量约为285亿kWh,平均耗电指标约为2.65 kWh/m2。我国城镇住宅空调能耗前4位的地区是:广东、浙江、江苏和湖北,它们的空调总能耗约占全国城镇住宅空调总能耗的51.8%,广东、福建、重庆、浙江、上海、湖北、江苏和广西的空调能耗指标较高,它们是我国城镇住宅空调节能的重点地区。

Abstract:

Based on the survey and calculation, calculates and analyses the cooling energy consumption of air conditioning for the residential buildings in China’s urban areas by simulation induction method (SIM). The results show that level of the average cooling energy consumption of urban residential buildings in China is still lower at present, but the difference of the data among different climate zones is great and the cooling energy consumption is increasing rapidly. The total cooling electric power consumption of residential buildings in these areas in 2005 is about 28.5 billions kWh and the average cooling electric power consumption index per unit floor area is 2.65 kWh/m2. The rank order in descending sort for four provinces in the top of cooling energy consumption is Guandong, Zhejiang, Jiangshu and Hubei. The total cooling energy consumption in urban residential buildings of these provinces accounts for about 51.8 percent of that for all provinces. It is important to reduce the cooling energy consumption in the urban areas in Guangdong, Fujian, Chongqing, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Hubei, Jiangshu and Guangxi.
