半淹没式旋转孔板污水取水机设计与应用

摘要:
分析了半淹没式旋转孔板污水取水机的工作原理,建立了半淹没式旋转孔板污水取水的动态数学模型和针对位置的稳态数学模型。在稳态数学模型的基础上,给出了取水机孔板过流量、孔板过滤负荷、孔板平均堵塞系数的计算方法,并给出了实例计算。通过计算结果分析了污水浓度对孔板过流量、孔板过滤负荷、孔板平均堵塞系数的影响。介绍了其性能测试方法,并对实际工程应用的取水机进行了现场测试。
Abstract:
Analyses the operating principle of semi-submerged rotary orifice plate sewage intake machine, and develops the dynamic mathematical model and steady-state mathematical model with position. Based on the steady-state mathematical model, provides the calculation method of the orifice plate filter capacity, the orifice plate filter load and the average blockage coefficient of orifice plate, and illustrates a calculation example. Based on the calculation result, analyses the effect of contaminant concentration on the orifice plate filter capacity, the filter load and the average blockage coefficient of orifice plate. Presents the performance test method and performs the field test of intake machine applied in an actual project.
