空气冷却除湿过程的理论研究
Theoretical research on air cooling dehumidification process
摘要:
分析了空气在表冷器中的冷却除湿过程及冷源性能系数COP随蒸发温度变化的规律,提出了一种空气理想冷却除湿过程,给出了空气冷却除湿过程中比焓的数学表达式,建立了空气理想冷却除湿过程冷源综合能效比EER的多项式方程和微分方程。计算得到EER的最大值,并给出空气比焓和含湿量随干球温度变化的曲线。
Abstract:
Analyses the air cooling dehumidification process in the surface air cooler and the variation of the coefficient of performance (COP) of cold source with evaporation temperature. Presents an ideal air cooling dehumidification process. Gives a mathematical expression of the air specific enthalpy in the cooling dehumidification process. Establishes a polynomial equation and differential equation of the comprehensive energy efficiency ratio (EER) of cold source in the ideal air cooling dehumidification process. Obtains the maximum of EER, and plots the curves of the variations of both the air specific enthalpy and the humidity ratio with the dry-bulb temperature.
