Optimal layout of differential pressure apparatus of dust filters in civil air defence basement
摘要:
滤尘器压差测量管位置设置不当时,有可能造成滤尘器在非额定状态下使用,降低滤尘效率,严重时会污染防护单元内空气,危害室内人员生命安全。采用CFD技术对可能影响滤尘器两侧压力场的因素进行了模拟计算,得到了压差测量管距离滤尘器的最小值,对压差测量管布置位置提出了优化建议,可作为完善《规范》相关条文的理论依据。
Abstract:
Improper layout of differential pressure apparatuses has the possibility to make the dust filter work under non-rated condition, which may lead to low efficiency of dust filter, and even cause air pollution in the protection unit and damage lives inside the basement. Simulates the potential factors affecting the pressure distribution at the adjacent area of dust filter by CFD method, obtains the minimum distance between apparatus and dust filter, and presents the suggestions on optimal layout of the differential pressure apparatus, which provides theoretical basis for amendment of design code.
