国家雪车雪橇中心氨制冷系统精细化设计与运行调控关键技术研究
Research on key technologies for refined design and operation regulation of ammonia refrigeration system in National Sliding Center
摘要:
2022年北京冬奥会国家雪车雪橇中心采用氨制冷系统维持赛道制冰需求,如何实现氨制冷系统安全、稳定、节能、高效运行成为该项目的关键难点与技术核心。为此,本文从氨制冷系统形式优化设计与关键设备集成综合应用,氨制冷系统自动化、智能化运行调控策略研究,以及氨制冷系统安全运维保障机制等关键环节入手,开展了雪车雪橇中心氨制冷系统精细化设计与运行调控关键技术研究与工程应用,以期为氨制冷系统在复杂工程中的应用提供技术支撑。
Abstract:
The National Sliding Center for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics uses an ammonia refrigeration system to maintain the demand for ice production on the track. How to realize the safe, stable, energy-saving and efficient operation of an ammonia refrigeration system has become the key difficulty and technical core of the project. Therefore, this paper begins with key aspects such as the optimization design of ammonia refrigeration system configurations, comprehensive application of integrated critical equipment, research on automated and intelligent operation control strategies, and the establishment of safety maintenance mechanisms for ammonia refrigeration systems, and conducts research and engineering application of refined design and operation regulation technologies for the ammonia refrigeration system in order to provide technical support for the application of ammonia refrigeration systems in complex engineering projects.
